What is Included in the VIP Program?
LYL provides the following for our VIP partners:
LYL will launch its best-performing Facebook or Google PPC ads to generate motivated sellers on demand
Campaign will launch within 48 hours of this executed agreement.
LYL will handle all the tech! (Landing pages, pixels, APIs, tracking, compliance, CRM, etc.)
LYL will deploy its proven 365-day follow-up drip sequence for every lead.
LYL will provide a lead manager to help manage the pipeline and schedule appointments for the LYL closer.
LYL will provide a U.S Based Real Estate Closer with a minimum of 200 closed deals experience to negotiate every deal. These closers are experienced in Traditional wholesaling, Creative finance such as Sub to, Lease options and novations.
LYL will market and disposition each deal to find the most profitable outcome, Our U.S. team has closed hundreds of transactions. We use our vast network of buyers as well as tremendous automated technology to place and close deals.
Transaction coordinator. To make sure every “T” is crossed and “i” dotted, we provide a transaction coordinator to manage every detail of the transaction.
LYL will provide first right of refusal for each deal to client
LYL will track and manage all seller engagements through the LYL CRM and will provide client transparent access to all conversations, texts, emails, contracts and negotiations
LYL will provide all escrow, contract and closing docs to client.
LYL will provide all deal details and options to client.
LYL will distribute 50% of each closed deal to client at close of escrow.
LYL will provide weekly reports and updates on lead and deal progress.
How long does it take to start seeing results?
It takes 3 - 7 days to evaluate your target market and to set up your campaign and team.
As Leads come in we start to filter them and book appointments.. that takes about 3-5 days
Depending on the Market, our team will start negotiating deals and sending offers the first month.
First signed contracts can range from 45 days to 90 day
From there the pipeline is full and we see a steady flow of contracts and closes.
This is not a get rich program. It takes time to negotiate the deals, deal with title and escrow and close the deals. The key is to get the pipeline full as quickly as possible.
How much control do I have over the process?
As much or as little as you’d like.
If you want to be completely hands off... that's great.
If you want to step in, collaborate, and even close some of the deals yourself, we can make that work!
What kind of visibility/reporting do I get?
Weekly reporting on ad performance, cost per lead, contact rate, appointments set, Weekly call reviews, and monthly revenue recaps.
